The Summer is here…Have you got your Summer Body yet?

So summer has officially started but have you got your summer body yet or are you like me and running a little bit behind time?

If so then sign yourself up to a circuit training class. It’s a high intensity class that is guaranteed to get in shape just in time for summer.

I have been doing the Saturday morning 8.30am – 9.30am circuit training class in Dennehys Health and Fitness in Ballincollig with Personal Trainer John Fenning.

It’s a great way to start your weekend and get fit. Circuit training is perfect for anyone stuck for time as you get a full body workout done within the hour and it’s non stop. It’s a great way to burn calories , improve definition and muscle tone and improve general fitness. Ideal for anyone looking to get the perfect summer body in the fastest time possible 😉

The class is a mix of male and female participants and involves high intensity workout stations varying from weights to cardio so you are getting a full body blast and the times flys by. This class uses various equipment such as TRX, kettlebells, jump ropes and much more to give you an intense workout. It’s a great way to combine both cardio and weights into the one workout session.

This Saturday morning class is growing in popularity week on week and its no wonder as it’s one the best classes I’ve been to. I have done personal training with John before too and his is a fantastic trainer and really pushes you to get the results you want!

The class is 8 euro pay as you go and is open to members and non- members. For more info or to book your place contact John on 0876159283 or on his facebook page
